The expected results of the DigiMedia4SEN project are:
- Improved digital media literacy among adults aged 50+, enabling them to use digital media more confidently, safely, and critically.
- Stronger critical thinking and fact-checking skills, allowing participants to better identify misinformation and disinformation.
- Increased ability to access and use reliable information sources and verification tools, reducing the spread of false information.
- Enhanced professional capacity of adult and media educators, who will apply new methods and materials in their training activities.
- Greater awareness of the societal impact of disinformation at individual and community levels through awareness campaigns and multiplier events.
- More active and informed participation of seniors in social and democratic life, supporting active citizenship and inclusion.
